The saddest word in any language is goodbye.
Leaving Ubillus was one of the most emotional experiences. Despite the language barrier the impact we had on each others lives was incredible. Watching Saul, who is always smiling, finding joy in everything, bawl his eyes out last night was the most heart wrenching thing.
I just kept thinking that we were going to have to go through this all again in Quininde, why were we putting ourselves through this? Making amazing relationships and learning so much through them to then probably never see them again. Seeing the full rainbow stretching across the mountains while driving away on the coach was just another of Gods subtle reminders of his promise, that we will be rewarded greatly because of the work that we are doing for him.
